 The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

If you purchase any printed or digital products from our website, you agree to the following additional terms and conditions:

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the product you want to order, such as the size, color, design, and quantity.
• You are responsible for reviewing the product preview before placing your order and ensuring that it meets your expectations and requirements.
• You are responsible for paying the full price of the product, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges, as displayed on the checkout page.
• You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other third parties.
• You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any errors, defects, or inaccuracies in the product.
• You acknowledge that any custom design created by Boosts for You LLC becomes the intellectual property of Boosts for You LLC regardless if it was requested by or inspired by ideas that you submitted, discussed, or described. Boosts for You LLC can use this design in other products or designs without your consent and you will not receive any portion of the sales or profits from the sale of products with this design.

Order Submission:

• Orders submitted through the website, Etsy, or any other Boosts For You online shop or social media will be processed by noon the following business day. Payment will be accepted through the website, Square, Venmo, or other authorized payment processing service. Checks will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for checking for quantity, style, size, color, etc., before purchase. Email paris@boostsforyou.com with any questions regarding details about any of our products before purchase.
• All digital products purchases from our website, Etsy shop, or any other Boosts For You online shopping experience is considered final. There are no refunds on any digital products. Please ask questions and check product prior to purchase.
• Orders taken during an in-person vendor fair will be point-of-sale, pre-sale, or special orders. Payment will be collected at the time of sale using the Poynt payment, GoDaddy website, or payment with cash. Checks will not be accepted. 

1. Point-of-Sale will be final with no returns. 
2. Pre-sale orders will arrive at the destination on the date advertised. For a pre-sale order, payment is submitted during the pre-sale window with delivery by the advertised delivery date. Cancellation of order can be completed up to the cancellation date advertised.
3. Special orders may take 10-14 business days to be processed. Shipping on customized or large orders may take between 3-4 weeks in addition to the processing time.

• Customized or speciality bulk orders must be paid in full at the time of the order. No refunds will be approved for customized or speciality bulk orders. Customers should review and approve the preview before purchase. Contact paris@boostsforyou.com for details on custom or specialty bulk orders.

Withdraw and Canceling Orders

• Purchases are considered final at the time of sale. To withdraw, change, or cancel an order, please email paris@boostsforyou.com before 12pm the following business day. Requests received after 12pm EST will be denied. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days and sooner whenever possible.
• Once item has shipped, full refunds are only provided for manufacturing defects. The customer needs to email paris@boostsforyou.com within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged item, submit a clear photo of all sides of the product and the packaging. Any products that are damaged must be shipped back to Boosts for You within 48 hours of delivery for a refund. 
• With online and digital sales there may be unexpected technical difficulties or delays that our no fault of Boosts For You, LLC. In case of a delay that is anticipated to last longer than 2 business days, Boosts for You, LLC will contact the customer to notify of delay. The customer will then be asked to continue or cancel the order given the delay. If the customer accepts the delay, there will be no reimbursement for the delay regardless of the duration of the delay.
• In the instance that an error is made with the product ordered versus what the customer received, the customer needs to contact paris@boostsforyou.com and submit pictures of the product and packaging within 24 hours of the receipt of the item. Requests for returns greater than 24 hours after receipt of the item, will be denied.

Unless otherwise stated, Boosts for You, LLC owns the intellectual property rights for all material on boostsforyou.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from boostsforyou.com for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from boostsforyou.com or any Boosts for You, LLC products.
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from boostsforyou.com or any Boosts for You, LLC products.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from boostsforyou.com or any Boosts for You, LLC products.
• Redistribute content from boostsforyou.com or any Boosts for You, LLC products.

Parts of this website may at times offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Boosts for You, LLC may or may not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Right to terminate accounts clause or decline orders: This clause gives the owners of Boosts for You, LLC the right to terminate or suspend the accounts of users or decline orders for those who violate the terms and conditions, any applicable laws or regulations, who abuse or misuse the website or app, use fraudulent payments, or any other deceptive, unethical, offensive behaviors towards the company, users, owners, or social media accounts. Boosts for You, LLC fully supports minority groups, persons with disabilities, and marginalized communities and does not tolerate any hateful rhetoric, abusive language, bullying, or images. 

Unresolved matters: Boosts for You, LLC must be given 90 days to resolve unresolved matters. The owners must be notified of dispute via email with subject line stating "unresolved matters" with a detailed account of the matter. The individual disputing a matter must be available for verbal communication via phone, in-person, or online through video chat to discuss which may be recorded. Boosts for You, LLC must be give every opportunity to resolve the matter without legal action. For an unresolved matter to be closed, an email stating that both parties have agreed to the resolution will suffice. If a decision can not be reached, arbitration with a neutral third party will be the next step with the choice of location and arbitrator from Boosts for You. Costs related to arbitration or legal action will be paid for by the complaintant.
